Cruiser Annie：Maximum 8 people
Cruiser Lily: Maximum 7 people
*Capacity is set less than the usual for the safety during Meguro river cruising. We appreciate your understanding.
*During the cruise, everyone must wear a lifejacket that is waist-wrap type for your safety. We also have small life jackets for children.
Inside of Annie is decorated and wrapped up with CHANDON logo.

①10 minutes before departure.
Please wait in front of the restaurant until staff comes. *There is a possibility that private party holds in restaurant.
The pier is located in the back of the restaurant.
If the party is being held, please kindly refrain from entering the restaurant and using the restrooms.
Please use another restroom before you arrive.
②Wearing a life jacket
Everyone must wear the life jacket that is waist-wrap type.
When you board the boat, please hold the small child.
③We will take you to the boat.
For safety, please make sure you wear comfortable shoes. (not High heels)

When it’s bad weather (rain and wind ), we may cancel the cruise.
In this case, please consider transferring to an available alternative cruise.
When you cancel the reservation after the captain decided that the departure cannot be made, we refund the full price of your cruise.
*As there is a possibility of cruise cancellation, we will notify you the day before the cruise. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation or change the schedule due to customer’s circumstances after confirmed your reservation, there will be a cancellation fee involved regardless the cherry blossom is bloom or not.

A: Cancellation or date changes by the customer after the reservation is confirmed, the cancellation fee is applied after confirmed your reservation without any attention to bloom or not.

A: Cancellation or date changes made at the customer’s discretion will be subject to a cancellation fee. We inform if the cruise will do or not a day before the cruising day.

Q: I may be late for the reservation time. Is it possible to move the departure time?
A: Due to scheduled operations, we generally depart on time. However, if you contact us in advance, we can wait for up to 10 minutes.
We might change a route due to the short cruising time. (Depending on the short cruise time, we may not be able to go to the Meguro River.)
Q: Can we be on board with dogs?
A: Due to scheduled operations, ensure cleaning time and hygiene standards, we are unable to accommodate this request.
Q: Can I bring in some foods or drinks?
A: Please do not bring any food and drinks. If you have any allergy, please contact us.
Q: Is there restroom in the boat?
A: Yes, but it is small handy toilet. We recommend you to go to the restroom before you arrive the meeting place.
A: Sorry, we do not. Please use coin-operated parking near pier or come by public transportation.
Q: Can I board with a wheelchair or stroller?
A: You can not bring in a wheelchair and stroller in the boat. You can leave them at the pier. Also there are stairs at the pier. Please support those who have difficulty walking.

Q: How to count the number of child?
A: Children aged 3 and above will be counted as 1 seat, the same as an adult. Regardless of passenger capacity, under 2 years child can accept maximum 4 people for cruiser Annie, and maximum 2 people for cruiser Lily.
Please ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the capacity.
Q: Is there a waiting room?
A:The pier is located in the back of restaurant named Lounge CRIB. If the party is not being held, you can wait inside the restaurant. If the party is being held, you will not be able to wait inside the restaurant or use restroom. Please go to and use the another restroom before you arrive.
Q: Is it possible to change the route?
A: The route from Odaiba to Meguro River may change depending on the blooming conditions. If you would like to change the route to Odaiba, please inform the staff.
