① Minato Mirai
Lined by a number of multipurpose facilities, Yokohama’s Minato Mirai 21 (MM21) district is an excellent spot for breathtaking views of the urban waterfront.
④-1 Hikawamaru
Enjoy a rare view from the sea of this well-preserved historic vessel, the only Japanese passenger-cargo vessel remaining from the pre-World War II era (now a museum).
②-1 Cosmo World
Cosmo World features the world’s largest clockwork Ferris wheel, 112.5 m high and with the capacity to hold 480 passengers. Cruisers can dock here for parties or barbeques, in a stable berth free from shaking.
④-2 Marine Tower
This tower, symbolic of Yokohama, has a decagon form chosen in the prewar period because it has the same appearance when viewed from any angle on sea or land. It was designated a Lovers’ Sanctuary on April 1, 2010.
②-2 Landmark tower
This high-rise building is the symbol of Yokohama’s Minato Mirai area. It has 70 floors and rises to a height of 296.33 m.
⑤ Bay Bridge
Another symbol of Yokohama, this bridge is a full 860 m long. The impressive experience of passing beneath the bridge is available only from on board a boat.
②-3 Nihonmaru
This beautiful historic vessel has earned nicknames such as “Swan of the Pacific” and “Lady of the Sea.” You might get to see it on one of the 10-12 times a year it unfurls all its 29 sails.
⑥ Daikoku Pier
This is the first pier in the Port of Yokohama to be fully separated from land as an island. A recommended sight is the container ships like a giraffe illuminated at night.
③ Yokohama Redbrick Warehouse
This historic warehouse of red bricks was built as an exemplar of the standard warehouse structure. It’s illuminated orange at night.
⑦ Tsurumi Tsubasabashi
Opened in 1994, this is the world’s largest single-plane suspension cable-stayed bridge.
Night views of Kawasaki factories
This course provides fantastic night views of the factories in the Keihin industrial zone.
Hakkeijima
This special cruise available only in the months from May to September offers a wide range of exciting maritime amusement options at Hakkeijima, including personal watercraft, banana boats, and swimming.
